Who creates the products in the JĒNAI coffrets?
All care products in our boxes are in-house crafted by JĒNAI, using high-quality, skin-loving ingredients. We design each item to align with the monthly theme and ritual, ensuring your experience is both sensory and transformative.
What kind of items will I find in my box?
Each coffret contains in-house crafted self-care creations, a nourishing herbal blend or nutritional boost, a wellness accessory, a lifestyle item, and Ma Pause Sacrée booklet with rituals and reflection prompts — plus your Murmures de JĒNAI affirmation card. From 3-month subscriptions onward, you’ll also access guided audio experiences.
Ordering & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently ship across [France / Europe ]. Delivery fees are free from 45 euros and times vary depending on your location.
When will I receive my box?
Boxes are shipped on the 6th of each month. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What are the delivery times and costs?
Standard delivery within France takes approximately 3–5 business days. For other countries, please allow 7–10 days. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment when applicable.
Subscriptions
How can I modify or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your JĒNAI account. Changes or cancellations must be made before the monthly billing date to take effect for that month’s box.
Do you offer one-time purchases?
Yes — you can order a single One-Time Discovery Box to experience JĒNAI without a subscription.
